Coily Hair has three types of category which are 4A, 4B and 4C. 4C hair is the last and third type of coily hair and it’s another name is “Coily Ziggly” hair.
Type 4C hair is composed of curl patterns that will almost never clump without doing a specific hair style. It can range from fine, thin, super soft to wiry or coarse with lots of densely packed strands. 4C hair has been described as a more “challenging” version of 4B hair. Some say 4C looks identical to 4B except that the curls are so tightly kinked, there is seemingly no definition. 4C hair can shrink more than 75%.
4C hair is tough to maintain and needs proper care or the hair can be damaged very easily. Nowadays, even type 4C hair could form a very fine and stylish look if is taken care properly. Maintenance on a daily basis is important. Heavy co-washing conditioner should be used to wash 4C type of hair. People need to be more careful while brushing, combing or blow-drying this type of hair. Products like oils, creams and butter should be used to moisturize hair and to seal the coils. Heavy pudding and creams are also used to help elongate 4C hair. Deep condition should be implied in every three days to ensure healthy strong coils.
With proper care, many women have expressed their satisfaction about 4C hair as this type of hair is really tough to straighten. Soft and moisturized coils are usually inflicted by less damage.
Even 4C type of hair could look unique and exceptional.
